If you are participating in AOTA INSPIRE in person:
We are all responsible for a safe event environment: including AOTA, the convention center, our hotel partners, and every participant. We continue to be guided by CDC’s evolving recommendations. Mask guidance now varies by county, based on local factors. Following CDC guidance, masks will be optional and available at INSPIRE, and we encourage you to seek personal masking guidance from your health care provider. We continue to require proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test no sooner than within 72 hours of your arrival in San Antonio. As health care professionals, it’s important to maintain this requirement. We’ll keep monitoring COVID-19 so that we can take the necessary prevention steps based on the latest data. If you’ve registered, you received the email below that explains how you can easily upload your vaccination or testing information to speed your check in on site in San Antonio.

AOTA has partnered with CrowdPass, a HIPAA-compliant digital health clearance app, to upload COVID test results and verify vaccination status for the AOTA INSPIRE | 2022 Annual Conference & Expo. In order to comply with our health and safety requirements, all attendees should follow should click “Complete the Health Form” below in order to receive your registration badge for all events held during and in conjunction with the AOTA INSPIRE | 2022 Annual Conference & Expo.
For those submitting test results, rapid tests and antigen tests are not acceptable forms of testing. A PCR test must be submitted 72 hours prior to arrival.
For those submitting proof of vaccination, you must be fully vaccinated and submit your vaccine card 72 hours prior to arrival at INSPIRE. The CDC defines fully vaccinated as “a person has received all recommended doses in their primary series of COVID-19 vaccine.” For the Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna vaccines, you are fully vaccinated two weeks following your second dose. For the Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine, you are fully vaccinated 2 weeks after your first dose. Boosters are strongly encouraged, but not required.
CrowdPass works best when used on your smartphone. You can upload a copy of your test results or CDC vaccine card, or take a photo of your card during the verification process. Please use the same email address associated with your Conference registration. Completing your health check now will expedite your badge pick-up experience in San Antonio.
Please take time to review all Health and Safety protocols at https://inspire.aota.org/health-safety/. As part of your Duty of Care responsibilities, you should not attend the in-person if you:
